"Monthly rates are good. Claim process including support from the SF “agent”, horrendous. We put one claim in for roof damage, shingles ripped off during a storm. SF claim agreed to pay to replace HALF a roof! Who replaces half a roof?? We’re also on a corner lot, so the entire roof is visible from the street. We voiced our concerns to multiple ppl at SF. The claims adjuster had an attitude from the get-go. We then tried to work with our agent (Doug) and we were told, oh ya I agree with your concern, nothing I can do, I would be upset too, you should hire a lawyer (to go after State Farm!) The entire process was a nightmare! We immediately dropped SF after this. Funny how now (a few years later) I’m get solicited to come back, email, text and phone call!! Take me off your list! SF is the worst!!!"
